Shipping & Delivery Information

At HiTechBeauty, we do our best to pack your order and send it out as quickly as possible.

Delivery estimates include both packing time and courier delivery time.

Packing Time

Most orders take about 1–2 working days to pack before dispatch.

External Supplier Goods

Orders sourced from an external supplier will take additional days to source and quality-check; the time to delivery is shown in the cart and on checkout.

Standard / Free / Economy Delivery

After packing, delivery is usually 2–3 working days in Gauteng and 3–5 working days nationwide.

Priority / Express Delivery

Faster courier options may be available, depending on your area. These options still include normal packing time unless checkout clearly shows otherwise.

Next Business Day Delivery

Order before 2 pm for an estimated 1 working day delivery. Orders placed after 2 pm are estimated at 2 working days.

Fair Sales Policy

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, you may return eligible products in line with this Returns Policy.

We will accept returns at our cost within 10 days of sale or delivery in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item or an item you did not order.
  • Your order was incomplete or items were missing.
  • Your items were damaged, broken, or faulty during delivery.
  • The product does not match the sample or product description.
  • The product is not fit for the purpose described.
  • Your order was delivered to the incorrect address.

If any of the above applies, please contact our Customer Services Team immediately on 076 133 2337, Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please tell us which item you received, what was missing, or what was wrong with the order so that we can assist you.

Direct Marketing Cooling-Off Period

If you bought goods as a result of direct marketing, such as from a catalogue, brochure, or price list without viewing the product first, you may return the goods within 5 days of receiving them.

In this case, you may cancel the purchase without penalty and receive a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will be for your account.

Returns We Cannot Accept

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Products incorrectly ordered by you.
  • Too many of a specific product being ordered.
  • Products that are not selling.

We also cannot accept returns of the following products due to health and hygiene risks:

  • Earrings.
  • Body-piercing items.
  • Personal clothing items, including panties and bras.

Product Condition Requirements

Returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale. We may refuse a return if:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product is not in its original packaging.
  • The product is marked, soiled, or damaged.
  • Your own price stickers have been applied and left marks.
  • The product is discoloured due to age, UV exposure, or sunlight.

If a return is refused, we will notify you. You will then be responsible for arranging collection or return delivery of the goods within 10 days of our notification.

Faulty or Defective Goods

Products are covered for manufacturing defects under normal use only. Defective goods will first be assessed, which may take up to 10 days.

The applicable return period depends on the type of product and the nature of the defect. Returns for defective products are limited to manufacturing defects and normal use.

Sending Goods Back

When returning goods by courier, please keep proof that the parcel was dispatched. This will help confirm that the goods were returned if the parcel is not received.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before approving a return. A return may be refused after assessment.

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by an implied warranty of quality in line with the Consumer Protection Act. This means that products should be reasonably suitable for their intended purpose, be of good quality, free from defects, in good working order, and usable for a reasonable period under normal use.

If a product is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, you may return it to us for assessment. Where the defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, where applicable, at no penalty to you.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, overloading, incorrect installation, abnormal use, accidental damage, water or liquid damage, power surges, wear and tear, age, expired products, discolouration from UV or sunlight exposure, or products used in a way not intended for that item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care and facial products may only qualify for warranty assessment where the issue relates to a confirmed manufacturing defect or product fault.

Other warranty periods may be available on request, depending on the product type, supplier warranty, or manufacturer warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to assessment. Defective goods will be assessed within a maximum period of 10 days. We reserve the right to inspect the condition, age, use, packaging, and fault reported before confirming whether the item qualifies under warranty.

Products returned for warranty assessment should be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable. For electronic, computer, or beauty-device items, the warranty may not apply where the product has been opened, repaired, altered, misused, exposed to liquid, damaged by power supply issues, or used with incompatible accessories.

Payfast secure checkout

Payfast allows customers to pay online using supported secure payment methods such as card payments and Instant EFT. Card payments are processed in a secure payment environment, and additional security checks such as 3D Secure may be used to help protect online transactions. TaleSomeMore does not store your full card details on our website. Card and payment information is processed securely by the selected payment provider.

PayJustNow

PayJustNow gives qualifying customers the option to buy now and pay later. Depending on the option available at checkout, you may be able to split your purchase into instalments. Pay in 3 allows you to split your payment into three instalments and is interest-free when payments are made on time. Longer payment options may also be available and may include interest, depending on the option selected and approval by PayJustNow or its finance partner.

Payflex

Payflex gives qualifying customers flexible payment options at checkout. Depending on availability, you may be able to pay once-off or split your purchase into instalments. Payflex instalment options are interest-free when payments are made on time. Approval, payment limits, instalment schedules and any missed-payment fees are managed by Payflex according to their terms.

Your card details

TakeSomeMore does not store your full card details on our website. Your card and payment information is processed by the selected payment provider using secure payment systems.
